珠江口浮游植物群落结构特征及其环境影响因子分析 被引量:1

Analysis of phytoplankton community structure and environmental influencing factors in the Pearl River Estuary

摘要 珠江口为人类活动频繁区域,为了解珠江口浮游植物群落结构特征及其与环境因子间的关系,于2023年11月和2024年4月在珠江口海域开展调查。结果显示:2023年11月共鉴定出浮游植物7门53属86种,其中硅藻门54种,占比62.79%,绿藻门16种,占比18.60%;2024年4月共鉴定出浮游植物7门56属95种,其中绿藻门34种,占比35.79%,硅藻门33种,占比34.74%。两次调查结果表明,硅藻门的丰度均为最高,2023年11月的丰度为1.38×10^(6)cells/m^(3),2024年4月的丰度为2.68×10^(6)cells/m^(3)。非度量多维尺度分析(NMDS)表明,两次调查均划分为类群A(咸淡水及广盐性类群)、类群B(广盐性及耐盐性类群)。优势种分析表明,2023年11月的优势种有5种,2024年4月的优势种有6种。浮游植物细胞丰度与环境因子做Pearson相关性分析,分析结果表明,仅2023年11月浮游植物与氨氮呈正相关,硅酸盐和磷酸盐与浮游植物丰度的相关性并不显著。 The Pearl River Estuary is a region with frequent human activities.To understand the characteristics of the phytoplankton community structure and their relationship with environmental factors,an investigation was conducted in the waters of the Pearl River Estuary in November 2023 and April 2024.The results showed that in November 2023,a total of 86 species belonging to 53 genera and 7 phyla were identified,among which Bacillarophyta comprised 54 species,accounting for 62.79%,and Chlorophyta comprised 16 species,accounting for 18.60%.In April 2024,a total of 95 species belonging to 56 genera and 7 phyla were identified,among which Chlorophyta comprised 34 species,accounting for 35.79%,and Bacillarophyta comprised 33 species,accounting for 34.74%.The findings from both surveys indicated that Bacillarophyta had the highest abundance,with 1.38×10^(6)cells/m^(3)in November 2023 and 2.68×10^(6)cells/m^(3)in April 2024.Non-metric Multidimensional Scaling(NMDS)analysis revealed that the phytoplankton communities in both surveys were classified into two groups:Group A(brackish water and euryhaline species)and Group B(euryhaline and salt-tolerant species).Analysis of dominant species showed that there were 5 dominant species in November 2023 and 6 in April 2024.Pearson correlation analysis between phytoplankton cell abundance and environmental factors indicated that only in November 2023 did phytoplankton show a positive correlation with ammonia nitrogen,while the correlations between silicates and phosphates with phytoplankton abundance were not significant.
