摘要
着生藻类作为水生生态系统中的敏感指示生物种,特别是在丰水期,生物量相对较高,能够对水体环境变化作出敏感响应。因此,于2023年7月(丰水期)对信江22个采样点的水质状况和着生藻类进行了调查。调查显示:信江丰水期共检出着生藻类5门47属85种,硅藻门占总物种数的57.6%,绿藻门占24.7%,蓝藻门占比14.1%,黄藻门和裸藻门合计占3.6%。着生藻类密度和生物量在空间分布上存在差异,中游平均密度(47.95×10^(4)个/cm^(2))显著低于上游(143.96×10^(4)个/cm^(2))和下游(138.20×10^(4)个/cm^(2))(p<0.05);中游平均生物量(0.60 mg/cm^(2))也显著低于上游(1.60 mg/cm^(2))(p<0.05)。Shannon-Wiener多样性指数和Margalef丰富度指数表明,信江丰水期水质总体处于中污型。冗余分析结果表明,pH是影响信江上游和中游着生藻类群落分布的主要环境因子,下游的着生藻类群落分布则受多个环境因子影响。研究结果表明,信江中游人类活动最为频繁,河段污染最严重,着生藻类群落结构受人类活动影响最大,后续应重点关注中游河段的生态环境治理。
Periphytic algae,serving as sensitive bioindicators in aquatic ecosystems,exhibit peak biomass during wet season and show responsive sensitivity to environmental changes.Therefore,water quality and periphytic algae at 22 sample sites along Xinjiang River in July(wet season)2023 were investigated.Results identified 85 species,47 genera,5 phyla,including Bacillariophyta(57.6%),Chlorophyta(24.7%)and Cyanophyta(14.1%).The rest were Xanthophyta and Euglenophyta(total 3.6%).Periphytic algae density and biomass differed in the spatial.Average density in middle-reach(47.95×10^(4) cells/cm^(2))was remarkably lower than those in upper-reach(143.96×10^(4) cells/cm^(2))and lower-reach(138.20×10^(4) cells/cm^(2))(p<0.05).Average biomass in middle-reach(0.60 mg/cm^(2))was also remarkably lower than that in upper-reach(1.60 mg/cm^(2))(p<0.05).Shannon-Wiener diversity index and Margalef abundance index demonstrated that the water quality in Xinjiang River was at mesosaprobic zone.Redundancy analysis identified pH as the primary environmental factor of periphytic algae community distribution in upper-reach and middle-reach.However,periphytic algae community distribution in lower-reach was affected by multi-factors.These findings indicated that intensive anthropogenic activities in middle-reach had caused severe pollution,significantly altering periphytic algae community.Therefore,it is necessary to prioritize ecological restoration in this critical section.
