消化内科实习生临床带教中多样化培训法的应用效果

摘要 目的评估消化内科实习生临床带教中多样化培训法的应用效果。方法选取2022年1—12月南华大学附属第三医院消化内科实习生38名开展传统培训法,设为参考组。另选取2023年1—12月本院消化内科实习生38名开展多样化培训法,设为观察组。比较两组实习生考核成绩、综合能力、培训满意率。结果培训后,观察组理论考核成绩为(94.87±1.22)分,操作考核成绩为(94.91±1.25)分,均高于参考组的(91.38±1.47)分,(91.42±1.51)分,差异均有统计学意义(t=11.261,10.975;P均<0.05)。观察组综合能力均高于参考组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组培训满意率为100.00%(38/38),高于参考组的84.21%(32/38),差异有统计学意义(P=0.033)。结论将多样化培训法用于消化内科实习生中,可提高实习生考核成绩,增强综合能力,提高培训满意率。 Objective To evaluate the application effect of diversified training methods in the clinical teaching of interns in the Department of Gastroenterology.Methods A total of thirty-eight interns from the Department of Gastroenterology of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Nanhua University from January to December 2022 were selected to undergo the traditional training method as the reference group.Another thirty-eight interns from the Department of Gastroenterology of the hospital from January to December 2023 were selected to undergo diversified training methods as the observation group.Compared the assessment results,comprehensive abilities and training satisfaction rates of the two groups of interns.Results After training,the score of theoretical assessment and the score of operational assessment were 94.87±1.22 and 94.91±1.25 of the observation group,which were both higher than 91.38±1.47 and 91.42±1.51 in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=11.261,10.975;both P<0.05).The comprehensive abilities of the observation group were higher than those of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of training in the observation group was 100.00%(38/38),which was higher than 84.21%(32/38)in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.033).Conclusion Applying the diversified training method to interns in the Department of Gastroenterology can improve the assessment scores of interns,enhance their comprehensive ability,and increase the satisfaction rate of training.
