基于思维导图的CBL教学结合Min-CEX考核方法在消化系统疾病临床带教中的应用实践 被引量:9

摘要 目的分析在消化系统疾病的临床带教中通过采用基于思维导图以案例为基础(CBL)教学法结合迷你临床演练评量(Min-CEX)考核方法的教学效果。方法选择2021年1月—2022年4月本院消化科40名参加住院医师规范化培训的医师作为研究对象,依据规范化培训时间分为对照组(2021年1—8月)和观察组(2021年9月—2022年4月)两组,每组各20名。对照组采用传统教学法进行授课,观察组采用基于思维导图CBL教学。两组均接受理论知识出科考核、Min-CEX临床考核,并对比出科考核结果及住院医师的教学满意度。结果观察组住院规培医师出科理论知识考核成绩高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组住院规培医师Min-CEX临床考核中在病史采集、体格检查、临床判断、治疗方案、医患沟通技能、医德医风以及整体评价等方面的考核成绩均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组住院规培医师在知识掌握、培养临床思维、提升团队协作能力、增强学习兴趣四个方面的教学满意度评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消化系统疾病临床带教中采用基于思维导图CBL教学法+Min-CEX考核方法可取得较为满意的教学效果,能够提升规培医师的综合能力并改善其教学满意度。 Objective To analyze the teaching effect of case-based learning method based on mind mapping combined with min-CEX assessment method in clinical teaching of digestive system diseases.Methods A total of 40 physicians who participated in the standardized resident training in the department of gastroenterology of our hospital from January 2021 to April 2022 were selected as study subjects.They were divided into two groups according to the standardized training time,namely,the control group(January 2021 to August 2021)and the observation group(September 2021 to April 2022),with 20 physicians in each group.The control group was taught by traditional teaching method,and the observation group was taught by CBL based on mind mapping.Both groups were subject to theoretical knowledge assessment when they finished the training,and Min-CEX clinical assessment,and the results of assessment and teaching satisfaction of residents were compared.Results The rePsults of theoretical knowledge examination in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(<0.05).The scores of medical history collection,physical examination,clinical judgment,treatment plan,doctor-patient communication skills,medical ethics and overall evaluation in Min-CEX clinical examination in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction degree in term of master knowledge,cultivate clinical thinking,improve teamwork ability,Cand enhsiaonncse learning interest of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).onclu The CBL teaching method based on mind mapping combined with min-CEX assessment method could achieve satisfactory teaching effect in clinical teaching of digestive system diseases,and could improve the comprehensive ability of training physicians and improve their teaching satisfaction.
