摘要
目的探究精细化护理管理在康复科护理管理中的应用效果。方法选取2024年1—12月山东颐养健康集团淄博医院康复科10名护理人员为研究对象,2024年1—6月实施常规护理管理为对照组,2024年7—12月实施精细化护理管理为研究组。比较两组护理质量、护理不良事件发生情况及护理工作满意度。结果研究组护理质量评分比对照组更高,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组未发生护理不良事件。对照组发生跌倒1起,导管脱落1起,压力性损伤2起,烫伤1起。研究组非常满意15名、满意5名,无不满意,总满意度为100.00%(20/20);对照组非常满意8名、满意5名、不满意7名,总满意度为65.00%(13/20);研究组满意度高于对照组。结论精细化护理管理能够有效提高护理质量,减少护理不良事件,医务人员工作满意度更高。
Objective To explore the application effect of refined nursing management in nursing management of rehabilitation department.Methods From January to December 2024,ten nurses in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine of Zibo Hospital of Shandong Yiyang Health Group were selected as the research objects.From January to June 2024,routine nursing management was implemented as the control group,and from July to December 2024,refined nursing management was implemented as the study group.The nursing quality,the occurrence of nursing events and the satisfaction of nursing work were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing quality scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).No adverse nursing events occurred in the study group.In the control group,there were 1 case of fall,1 case of catheter shedding,2 cases of pressure injury and 1 case of scald.The study group was very satisfied with 15,satisfied with 5,no dissatisfaction,and the total satisfaction was 100.00%(20/20).In the control group,8 were very satisfied,5 were satisfied,and 7 were not satisfied,with a total satisfaction rate of 65.00%(13/20).The satisfaction rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group.Conclusion Refined nursing management can effectively improve the quality of nursing,reduce nursing events,and improve the job satisfaction of medical staff.
