摘要
探讨护士工作家庭工衡、自我效能、工作满意度之间的关系.方法 对268名护士采用一般自我效能量表、工作家庭平衡量表、护士工作满意度量表进行调查,并进行相关性分析.结果 本组护士自我效能与工作满意度呈显著正相关(P<0 .01) ,与工作家庭平衡呈显著正相关(P<0 .01) ,工作家庭平衡与工作满意度呈显著正相关(P<0 .01) .护士工作家庭平衡在自我效能和工作满意度间存在中介效应.结论 应重视和积极调节护士的工作家庭平衡,提高自我效能和工作满意度,以更好的状态工作与生活.
Objective To explore the relationship between nurse work family,self-efficacy and job satis-faction.Methods A total of 268 nurses were surveyed using general self-efficacy scale,work-family balance scale,and nurse job satisfaction scale,and correlation analysis was performed.Results There was a significant positive correlation between self-efficacy and job satisfaction (P<0.01),and a positive correlation with work-family balance in this group of nurses (P<0.01).Work-family balance was significantly positively correlated with job satisfaction (P<0.01).Nurse work family balance had a mediating effect between self-efficacy and job satisfaction.Conclusion Nurse's work family balance should be paid attention to improve self-efficacy and job satisfaction,in order to work and live in a better state.
