摘要
本研究以某高职院校法律事务专业为例,通过文献分析、问卷调查和深度访谈等方法,对比案例教学法与传统教学法在法律教学中的应用效果。研究发现,案例教学法能显著提升学生的法律思维能力、实践操作技能和职业素养,但在案例选择、教学设计和评价机制方面仍存在问题。为此,本研究提出了构建多元化案例库、完善教学设计流程和创新教学评价方式等优化策略。研究结论表明,案例教学法对提升法律人才培养质量具有重要意义,为法律教育教学改革提供了理论依据和实践指导。
This study examines the legal affairs program at a vocational college as a case study,comparing the effectiveness of case-based teaching and traditional instructional methods in legal education through literature analysis,questionnaires,and in-depth interviews.Findings indicate that the case-based method significantly enhances students'legal thinking skills,practical operational abilities,and professional competence.However,challenges persist in case selection,instructional design,and evaluation mechanisms.Consequently,this study proposes optimization strategies,including developing a diverse case repository,refining teaching design processes,and innovating assessment methods.The research concludes that the case-based teaching method holds significant importance for improving the quality of legal talent cultivation,providing both a theoretical foundation and practical guidance for reforming legal education and pedagogy.
