一种新型压力调节阀的研制

摘要 针对某真空调压系统的高真空、高调节精度、耐腐蚀的真空调压阀门研制需求,本文设计了一种可用于真空压力调节工况的新型压力调节阀。该压力调节阀采用可换阀芯结构,根据不同工况选择安装不同流量特性要求的阀芯,调节精度高;且设有波纹管真空密封组合结构,能够保证危害性介质可靠地封闭在真空系统中无泄漏,确保环保安全。同时,该设备可直接读取实际工况下的阀门流量系数,并能够在现场进行波纹管破裂渗漏的检测。产品通过了相关试验和鉴定,现已得到了推广应用。 Aiming at the development requirements of high vacuum,high adjustment accuracy and cor-rosion resistance vacuum pressure regulating valve of a vacuum pressure regulating system,this paper designs a new pressure control valve which can be used in vacuum pressure regulating condition.The pressure control valve adopts a replaceable valve core structure.According to different working condi-tions,the valve core with different flow characteristics is selected and installed,and the adjustment ac-curacy is high.The combined structure of bellows vacuum seal can ensure the reliable sealing of haz-ardous medium in the vacuum system without leakage,and ensure environmental protection and safety.At the same time,the device can directly read the valve flow coefficient under actual working condi-tions,and can detect the rupture and leakage of bellows on site.The product has passed the relevant test and identification,and has been popularized and applied.
