摘要
以航天煤化工系统中某型号黑水调节阀为研究对象,应用CFD数值模拟方法得到了阀门的流场特性,根据流场特性对阀门内部闪蒸现象进行了分析,并对现有结构进行了改进。改进后其流场特性得到了改善,工作开度下的高速流区域减少,达到同等流量时的速度明显下降,减少了介质对阀头、阀座和出口流道壁面的冲击;同时流道内涡流强度减弱,减少了能量损失。
Taking a blackwater regulating valve in aerospace coal chemical industry as the object of study,the CFD numerical simulation was employed to obtain valve's flow field characteristics and then analyze the flashing in the valve,including improvements on the valve structure so as to optimize its flow field characteristics.The results show that the improved structure can bring about better flow field characteristics,and reduce high speed section under valve's working opening; and the velocity can decrease obviously when getting the same flux,this reduces the medium's shock on the valve plug,seat and export's inner wall,meanwhile,the weakened vortex intensity in flow channel can save energy consumption.
