摘要
根据水煤浆气化工艺的特点和特殊要求,结合实际使用状况,阐述了气化工艺中重要阀门的选型原则,为同类装置的工艺设计和仪表选型提供了参考依据。涉及的主要阀门有:耐冲刷和频繁动作的气化炉锁渣阀和冲水阀,是装置升压和排渣的关键;耐高温和纯氧工况的氧气调节阀和切断阀,是装置运行的安全保证;大流量和含颗粒介质的合成气出口切断阀和调节阀;满足正常调节和快速泄放功能的合成气压力调节阀;以及耐冲蚀和闪蒸工况的黑水调节阀。
According to the characteristics and requirements of the water-coal slurry gasification process, with experience of practice, the scope as well as the principal of selection of special valves is described. The reference for process and instrumentation design is also presented for similar plant. Main special valves are. scour bearing and frequently switching slug locker valves and flush valves for gasifier, these valves are keys to increase the plant pressure and to discharge slugs; high temperature and pure oxygen tolerably control valves and block valves on oxygen line are warranty of safety running, large flow rate and particle containing control valves and block valves on syngas outlet line; meeting the function of normal operation and quick discharge syngas pressure control valves,erosion and flash tolerably black water control valves.
