摘要
目的探讨周围性面瘫急性期患者接受揿针联合耳穴贴压及耳穴刺血治疗的效果。方法选择周围性面瘫急性期患者100例作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为实验组和常规组,各50例。常规组采取传统西医治疗,实验组在常规组基础上采用揿针联合耳穴贴压及耳穴刺血辅助治疗。对比两组疾病症状改善时间、面神经功能、满意度、不良反应发生率。结果实验组患者口角歪斜、眼睑闭合不全、面部表情运动障碍改善时间分别为(5.41±0.24)、(6.05±1.36)、(7.51±0.25)d,均短于常规组的(6.08±0.67)、(8.41±1.50)、(10.22±1.80)d(P<0.05)。治疗后1、2周,实验组患者的House-Brackmann面神经功能分级分别为(1.60±0.55)、(1.15±0.10)级,均低于常规组的(2.12±0.45)、(1.44±0.16)级(P<0.05)。实验组患者满意度96.00%高于常规组的82.00%(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗期间均无明显不良反应。结论揿针联合耳穴贴压及耳穴刺血辅助干预周围性面瘫急性期的临床疗效明显,能够有效改善疾病症状并恢复面部神经功能,属于一种有效且安全的治疗方式。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of acupressure combined with auricular acupressure and auricular bloodletting in patients with acute peripheral facial paralysis.Methods 100 patients with acute peripheral facial paralysis were selected as the study subjects and were divided into the experimental group and the conventional group using a random number table method,each with 50 cases.The conventional group received traditional Western medicine treatment.The experimental group was treated with acupressure combined with auricular acupressure and auricular bloodletting as an adjunct to the conventional group.The time to improvement of disease symptoms,facial nerve function,satisfaction,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The disappearance time of mouth deviation,incomplete eyelid closure,and facial expression movement disorders in the experimental group were(5.41±0.24),(6.05±1.36),and(7.51±0.25)d,which were all shorter than those in the conventional group[(6.08±0.67),(8.41±1.50),and(10.22±1.80)d](P<0.05).1 and 2 weeks after treatment,the House-Brackmann facial nerve function grading of the patients in the experimental group were(1.60±0.55)and(1.15±0.10)grades,which were both lower than those in the conventional group[(2.12±0.45)and(1.44±0.16)grades](P<0.05).The satisfaction 96.00%of the experimental group was significantly higher than the conventional group's 82.00%(P<0.05).No significant adverse reactions were observed in either group of patients during treatment.Conclusion Acupressure combined with auricular acupressure and auricular bloodletting as an adjunct to intervention in the acute peripheral facial paralysis has obvious clinical efficacy,can effectively improve disease symptoms and restore facial nerve function,and is an effective and safe treatment method.
