摘要
目的 通过范围综述系统梳理脑卒中患者药物素养的现状、影响因素及干预策略,为提升脑卒中患者药物管理水平提供循证依据和实践指导。方法 检索中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、中国生物医学文献数据库、维普网、PubMed、Web of Science、EBSCO、Cochrane Library、Embase数据库中关于脑卒中患者药物素养的相关文献,时限为建库至2024年12月27日,对文献进行筛选、提取及总结。结果 共纳入14篇文献,结果显示脑卒中患者药物素养处于中等水平。影响因素包括人口学因素、疾病相关因素、行为因素及社会心理因素,主要干预形式包括多维度教育、专业服务与管理、基于特定模式的综合干预及移动信息技术辅助干预。结论 药物素养的提升对改善脑卒中患者预后具有重要意义,未来研究应关注评估工具的开发和多层次干预策略的优化。
Objective To systematically review the current status,influencing factors,and intervention strategies regarding medication literacy among stroke patients through a scoping review,thereby providing evidence-based guidance and practical recommendations for enhancing medication management.Methods Retrieval literature on medication literacy among stroke patients was retrieved from databases including CNKI,Wanfang Data,China Biomedical Literature Database,VIP,PubMed,Web of Science,EBSCO,Cochrane Library,and Embase.The search period spanned from database inception to 27 December 2024.Articles were screened,extracted,and summarised.Results 14 studies were included,the result indicated moderate medication literacy among stroke patients.Infl uencing factors encompassed demographic characteristics,disease-related factors,behavioural factors,and psychosocial factors.Primary intervention modalities included multidimensional education,professional services and management,comprehensive interventions based on specific models,and mobile information technology-assisted interventions.Conclusion Enhancing medication literacy holds significant importance for improving stroke patients'outcomes.Future research should focus on developing assessment tools and optimising multi-level intervention strategies.
