摘要
目的:探讨多元联动模式下“互联网+延续护理”在髋膝关节置换术后的康复效果。方法:选取2024年9月至2025年7月在阜阳市肿瘤医院关节外科进行髋膝关节置换术的80例患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(40例)和试验组(40例)。术后对两组均进行常规护理,对试验组实施多元联动模式下(医院指导-社区参与-家庭合作)“互联网+延续护理”。比较两组出院后各个时期Harris髋关节功能评分量表(HHS)、美国特种外科医院(HSS)膝关节功能评分量表、改良Brathel指数(MBI)评分、并发症发生率和护理满意度。结果:两组出院1个月和3个月时HHS评分、HSS膝关节功能评分量表评分、MBI评分均高于出院1周时,且试验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组出院后并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组出院后护理总满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:多元联动模式下“互联网+延续护理”能显著改善髋膝关节置换术后患者髋膝关节功能,提高其日常生活活动能力,降低并发症的发生率,提高护理满意度,应用价值较高。
Objective:To explore the rehabilitation effect of"Internet plus continuous nursing"after hip and knee arthroplasty under the multi linkage mode.Method:80 patients who underwent hip and knee replacement surgery at the Joint Surgery Department of Fuyang Cancer Hospital from September 2024 to July 2025 were randomly divided into a control group(40 cases)and an experimental group(40 cases)using a random number table method.Routine nursing was carried out for both groups after operation,and"Internet plus continuous nursing"was carried out for the experimental group under the multiple linkage mode(hospital guidance-community participation-family cooperation).Compare the Harris Hip Score(HHS),Knee Score(HSS),Modified Brathel Index(MBI)scores,incidence of complications,and nursing satisfaction between two groups at different stages after discharge.Result:The HHS score,HSS score,and MBI score of both groups at 1 and 3 months after discharge were higher than those at 1 week after discharge,and the experimental group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the experimental group after discharge was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction rate of nursing care in the experimental group after discharge was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:"Internet plus continuous nursing"under the multi linkage mode can significantly improve the hip and knee joint function of patients after hip and knee replacement,improve their daily living ability,reduce the incidence of complications,improve nursing satisfaction,and have high application value.
