摘要
目的:探讨艾司氯胺酮在肥胖患者无痛胃肠镜检查中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年1月—12月在内蒙古医科大学附属医院接受无痛胃肠镜检查的肥胖患者80例,以随机数字表法分组,对照组(n=40)采用舒芬太尼进行麻醉,研究组(n=40)采用艾司氯胺酮进行麻醉。比较两组麻醉效果、麻醉时间、术中不良事件。结果:麻醉诱导前(T_(0))、苏醒时(T_(2)),两组心率(HR)及血氧饱和度(SpO_(2))比较差异无显著性(P>0.05);内镜至回肠末端(T_(1)),研究组HR高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组麻醉起效时间较对照组更短(P<0.05);两组苏醒时间及出恢复室时间比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。研究组术中不良事件总发生率较对照组更低(P<0.05)。结论:艾司氯胺酮在肥胖患者无痛胃肠镜检查中的应用效果良好,可维持患者生命体征的稳定,缩短麻醉起效时间,降低术中不良事件发生率。
Objective:To investigate the application effect of esketamine in painless gastrointestinal endoscopy for obese patients.Methods:A total of 80 obese patients who underwent painless gastrointestinal endoscopy at The Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University between January and December 2023 were selected and divided into two groups using a random number table method.The control group(n=40)received sufentanil for anesthesia,while the study group(n=40)received esketamine for anesthesia.The anesthetic effect,anesthesia time,and intraoperative adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results:At T_(0)and T_(2),there were no significant differences in heart rate(HR)and blood oxygen saturation(SpO_(2))between the two groups(P>0.05).At T_(1),the HR in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The anesthesia onset time in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in recovery time and time to discharge from the recovery room between the two groups(P>0.05).The total incidence of intraoperative adverse events in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Esketamine demonstrates favorable application effects in painless gastrointestinal endoscopy for obese patients,as it helps maintain stable vital signs,shortens anesthesia onset time,and reduces the incidence of intraoperative adverse events.
