摘要
心力衰竭是以呼吸困难、疲乏及液体潴留为主要表现的一组临床综合征,中医称之为心衰。心衰病位在心,与肝、脾、肺、肾等脏相关。心衰的病机特点可以概括为“虚”“瘀”“水”三者,其主要治则为益气温阳、活血利水。足太阳膀胱经不仅在经络循行上与心衰病位紧密相连,而且其功能主治与心衰的病机特点、治法治则密切相关。基于此,提出从足太阳膀胱经论治心衰。通过从足太阳膀胱经治疗心衰的相关文献、临床及实验研究,并结合自身临床验案论证其合理性,从而为心衰的治疗提供思路和参考。
Chronic heart failure is a clinical syndrome primarily characterized by dyspnea,fatigue,and fluid retention,which falls under the category of heart failure diseases in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM).The condition of heart failure is located in the heart and is related to other organs such as the liver,spleen,lungs,and kidneys."Deficiency""stasis"and"edema"are the characteristic pathologies of heart failure.The main principles of treatment for heart failure are to tonify Qi and Yang,and to activate blood circulation and promote diuresis.The bladder meridian of the Foot-Taiyang is not only closely connected to the location of heart failure in terms of meridian circulation,but also its functions and indications are closely related to the pathophysiological characteristics and treatment principles of heart failure.Based on this,the author proposes the treatment of heart failure from the perspective of the bladder meridian of Foot-Taiyang.Then,through literature,clinical and experimental research related to the treatment of heart failure from the bladder meridian of Foot-Taiyang,combined with personal clinical cases,the rationality is demonstrated,thereby providing ideas and references for the treatment of heart failure.
