摘要
锅炉过热器管排传统手工弯管工艺存在精度低、废品率高、效率偏低等问题。为此,提出基于分段渐进弯曲的改进方案,通过优化成形流程、控制工艺参数、改进模具系统提升成形质量。试验表明,改进工艺使弯曲半径偏差降低超过50%,废品率降低约70%,单根成形时间缩短超过1/3,材料利用率显著提高,可实现工业化应用。
The traditional manual pipe bending process for boiler superheater tube rows suffers from low precision,high scrap rate,and poor efficiency.Therefore,the article proposes an improvement scheme based on segmented progressive bending,which improves the forming quality by optimizing the forming process,controlling process parameters,and improving the mold system.Tests show that the improved process reduces bending radius deviation by more than 50%,decreases scrap rate by approximately 70%,shortens single tube forming time by over one-third,significantly improves material utilization,making industrial application feasible.
