T24钢锅炉过热器焊接接头失效分析与改进建议

摘要 本文通过对某锅炉T24钢三级过热器焊接接头失效的详细分析,探讨了焊接过程中产生的裂纹及其失效机制。经过现场检查、力学性能测试、金相分析等多项实验,发现热裂纹的形成、焊缝硬度过高、延迟冷裂纹的扩展等因素是失效的主要原因。本文进一步结合相关研究,阐述了BTR区(从液相线温度以下开始,至低于固相线温度的延展性恢复温度结束区)内形成的热微裂纹,随焊缝金属的硬度超标,导致延迟冷裂纹扩展的失效机理。提出了优化焊接质量的多项措施和改进建议,旨在提高T24钢焊接接头的可靠性,防止类似失效的发生。 This paper presents a detailed analysis of the failure of the welded joints in the T24 steel tertiary superheater of a specific boiler,delving into the cracks emerging during the welding process and their failure mechanisms.Via multiple experiments including on-site inspections,mechanical property tests,and metallographic analysis,it has been determined that factors such as the formation of hot cracks,the overly high hardness of the weld seam,and the propagation of delayed cold cracks are the primary causes of the failure.Moreover,by integrating relevant research,this study elucidates the failure mechanism in which hot micro-cracks formed in the BTR zone,combined with excessive hardness of the weld metal,led to the propagation of delayed cold cracks.This paper puts forward a series of measures and improvement proposals for optimizing welding quality.The purpose is to improve the reliability of the T24 steel welded joints and avert the recurrence of similar failures.
