摘要
连续挤压技术具有生产率及效率高、材料利用率高和产品性能优异等特点,因而在铜加工领域扮演着重要的角色。然而,该技术应用于当前铜加工领域仍存在着材料污染、模具磨损、产品表面存在缺陷等问题。因此,本文针对连续挤压技术在铜加工中的应用进行了探讨,并通过优化工艺参数、改进模具设计和实施质量控制等措施,以有效地应对这些挑战。
Continuous extrusion technology plays an important role in the field of copper processing due to its high productivity and efficiency,high material utilization,and excellent product performance.However,the application of this technology in the current copper processing field still has problems such as material contamination,mold wear,and surface defects in products,etc.Therefore,this paper discusses the application of continuous extrusion technology in copper processing,and effectively deal with these challenges by optimizing process parameters,improving mold design,and implementing quality control measures.
