摘要 节段拼装混凝土箱梁设计与工厂化生产面临诸多挑战,通过深入探讨节段拼装混凝土箱梁结构设计与工厂化生产技术,提出预制节段式体外预应力混凝土梁结构的总体设计原则,包括跨径和桥宽、节段划分组合以及结构组成;在节段工厂化装配施工中,通过基于BIM模型精细化设计对相关参数及生产工序进行优化,避免了临时无序调整工效低下的情况,并使现场钢筋施工效率提高近3倍,大大加快了进度。研究结果可为提高桥梁工程的经济性、环保性和施工效率提供理论依据与实践指导。 The design and industrialized production of segmental assembled concrete box beams face many challenges.Through in-depth exploration of the structural design and industrialized production technology of segmental assembled concrete box beams,the overall design principles of prefabricated segmental externally prestressed concrete beam structures are proposed,including span and bridge width,segment division and combination,and structural composition.At the same time,in the construction of segmental industrialized assembly,relevant parameters and production processes are optimized through fine design based on BIM models,avoiding the situation of low efficiency caused by temporary disorderly adjustments,and improving the on-site steel reinforcement construction efficiency by nearly three times,greatly accelerating the progress.The research results can provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for improving the economy,environmental protection,and construction efficiency of bridge engineering.
