摘要
“态靶辨治”理论是由仝小林院士将传统中医辨治体系与现代药理学相结合而提出的一种新型中医辨治理论,主要包括“态靶结合”和“态靶因果”两个方面。“态”即状态、动态、态势;“靶”指靶点,包括病靶(对疾病具有特定疗效的靶方靶药)、症靶(对临床症状具有特定缓解效果的靶方靶药)、标靶(对疾病相关理化指标、影像学检查等具有特殊效应的靶方靶药)。当机体阴阳失衡、人体内环境的平衡被打破时会出现各种“偏态”,此时机体的抗邪能力减弱,外邪可致病理产物不断蓄积,病情逐渐加重。针对不同的“偏态”,应运用对应的纠偏方法,使机体回归稳态。上呼吸道感染是呼吸系统常见病。本文以“态靶辨治”理论为指导,将该疾病的发展概括为“寒、热、湿、合”四态(四期),态下分证,因证选方,因方选药,为临床中西医并重治疗上呼吸道感染开辟新的思路。
The theory of“state-target differentiation and treatment”is a novel traditional Chinese medicine differentiation and treatment theory proposed by academician TONG Xiaolin,combining the traditional Chinese medicine differentiation system with modern pharmacology.It mainly includes two aspects:“state-target integration”and“state-target causality”.“State”refers to condition,dynamics,or posture;“target”refers to the target point,including disease targets(target formulas and drugs with specific therapeutic effects on diseases),symptom targets(target formulas and drugs with specific relief effects on clinical symptoms),and marker targets(target formulas and drugs with special effects on disease-related physicochemical indicators and imaging examinations).When the body’s Yin-Yang balance is disrupted and the internal environment is disturbed,various“diseases”may occur.At this time,the body’s ability to resist pathogens weakens,allowing external pathogens to continuously accumulate pathological products,leading to worsening conditions.For different“diseases”,corresponding corrective methods should be applied to restore the body to a stable state.Upper respiratory tract infections are common respiratory diseases.Guided by the theory of“state-target differentiation and treatment”,this paper summarizes the development of these diseases into four states(four phases):cold,heat,dampness,and harmony.Under each state,symptoms are identified,prescriptions are selected based on the symptoms,and medications are chosen accordingly,opening up new approaches for the integrated treatment of upper respiratory tract infections in both traditional Chinese and Western medicine.
