摘要
放射性直肠炎是盆腔肿瘤患者经过放疗后引起的直肠放射性损伤,中西医结合治疗疗效显著。谢钧教授是中国中医药研究促进会肛肠分会副会长,长期从事肛肠病的中医药研究与治疗。在基于传统中医辨治论治理论及方法,谢教授通过长期的临床实践,结合态靶理论,运用“态靶辨治”初步辨别放射性直肠炎的态势主要因湿、热、瘀、毒结聚肠道,肠道脂膜及血络遭到破坏,呈现出虚、湿、热、瘀四种基本态,再从病靶、症靶、标靶三个方面对放射性直肠炎进行精准定位,而后对调态与打靶进行讨论,通过改善机体因病所表现的偏态,激发机体自身调节来恢复人体内环境,精准打靶,争取实现宏观调态与微观打靶相结合的态靶同调模式治疗放射性直肠炎,为临床诊治放射性直肠炎提供新思路。
Radiation proctitis is a radiation injury to the rectum caused by radiotherapy in patients with pelvic tu-mors.The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine has a significant effect.Professor XIE Jun is the vice president of the Anorectal Branch of the Chinese Association for the Promotion of Traditional Chinese Medicine Research.He has been engaged in the research and treatment of anorectal diseases in traditional Chinese medicine for a long time.Based on the theory and methods of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment,Professor Xie,through long-term clinical practice,combined with the state-target theory,used“state-target diagnosis and treatment”to preliminarily identify the situation of radiation proctitis.It is mainly due to the accumulation of dampness,heat,sta-sis,and toxins in the intestines,and the intestinal lipid membrane and blood vessels are destroyed,showing four basic states of deficiency,dampness,heat,and stasis.Then,the radiation proctitis is accurately located from the three aspects of disease target,symptom target,and target.Then,the state adjustment and target shooting are discussed.By improving the body’s biased state due to the disease,stimulating the body’s own regulation to restore the human body’s inter-nal environment,and accurately shooting,we strive to achieve the state-target synchronization mode combining macro-scopic state adjustment and microscopic target shooting to treat radiation proctitis,providing new ideas for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of radiation proctitis.
