摘要
“两业”融合特指先进制造业和现代服务业的融合,是推动中国制造业高质量发展的重要推动力。文章从中国“两业”融合实践的特殊性出发,在对新能源汽车制造业多案例分析的基础上,厘清“两业”融合推动制造业高质量发展的具体实现路径,明确路径中的阶段性特征以及不同阶段的参与主体。研究发现:一方面,“两业”融合过程经历“产业基础构筑—新技术扩散—供应链整合能力提升—生产网络重构”四个阶段,逐步实现“高端化、智能化、绿色化、共享化”转型,进而推动制造业高质量发展。另一方面,“两业”融合可以具体划分为延伸式融合路径和重构式融合路径。其中,延伸式融合路径由吉利、奇瑞、比亚迪等传统车企主导,以制造环节的竞争优势为基础向价值链上游和下游延伸,推动制造的绿色化与高端化转型;重构式融合路径由小鹏、蔚来等“造车新势力”主导,信息技术和智能技术的扩散逐渐打破企业组织之间、消费者与企业之间、消费者之间的界限,在共享化与智能化协同演进中提升制造业整体效率。研究表明,以龙头企业的服务化转型和关键技术突破为抓手,充分利用现有产业优势,因地制宜地选择“两业”融合路径,是实现制造业高质量发展的重要途径。
The integration of advanced manufacturing and modern service specifically refers to the convergence of advanced manufacturing and modern service industries,serving as a significant driving force for promoting high-quality development in China's manufacturing sector.Starting from the particularities of China's practice in integrating the two industries,and based on multiple case studies of the new energy vehicle manufacturing industry,this paper clarifies the specific pathways through which this integration facilitates high-quality development in manufacturing.It identifies the phased characteristics within these pathways and the key participants at each stage.The results show that:On the one hand,the integration of advanced manufacturing and modern service moves along the path of"industrial foundation construction-new technology diffusion-supply chain integration capacity improvement-production network reconstruction",realizing the transformation of"high end,intelligent,green,sharing"development.In turn,the high quality development of manufacturing industry is promoted.On the other hand,the extension path is dominated by Geely,Chery,BYD and other traditional car enterprises which gradu⁃ally entered the middle and high-end links and high-end markets and promoted the green and high-end transformation of manufacturing industry.In contrast,in the reconstruction path,the"new forces of car making"represented by Nextev,Ideo,Xiaopeng and other auto enterprises become the leading enterprises.The proliferation of information technology and intelli⁃gent technology gradually break the boundaries between enterprise and consumers and improve the economic efficiency of manufacturing enterprises on the basis of sharing and intelligent development.The study indicates that leveraging the serviti⁃zation transformation of leading enterprises and breakthroughs in key technologies,fully utilizing existing industrial advan⁃tages,and selecting the appropriate integration pathway based on local conditions are crucial approaches to achieve high quality development in manufacturing.
