摘要
在皮革产业智能化、绿色化、服务化转型的深刻变革下,高职院校专业技能人才培养面临系统性重构的迫切需求。因此,可聚焦产业升级呈现的三大核心特征—技术跃迁、价值链延展、生态标准重构,系统剖析其对人才知识复合化、创新实战化、理念生态化及能力协同化的新要求。针对传统培养模式与产业脱节的问题,本文提出了课程重构、实践升级、师资提质、模式革新四条转型路径。只有构建能力本位、场景浸润、实战赋能、个性发展的新型培养体系,才能为皮革产业高质量发展积蓄人才力量。
Under the profound transformation of the leather industry towards intelligence,greenness and service orientation,there is an urgent need for systematic reconstruction in the cultivation of professional and technical talents in higher vocational colleges.Therefore,we can focus on the three core features presented by industrial upgrading—technological leap,value chain extension,and ecological standrad reconstruction.We should systematically analyze the new requirements for the compound knowledge of talents,practical innovation,ecological concepts,and collaborative capabilities.In response to the issue of the disconnection between the traditional training model and the industry,four transformation paths have been proposed:curriculum reconstruction,practice upgrade,and improving the quality of teaching staff.Only by establishing a new training system that is competency-based,scenario-based,practical empowering and personalized development-oriented can talent strength be accumulated for the high-quality development of the leather industry.
