摘要
磨煤机气动离合器气源的稳定性对设备运行效率、可靠性、维护成本至关重要。针对空压机供气不稳定及含水率过高等问题,采取了通过接入仪表空气管网、设置缓冲罐、并联多台磨煤机气源、采用仪表空气球罐供气及优化输送系统等多项措施对离合器的气源系统进行改造。改造后气源稳定,设备运行平稳,年节约电费约6万元。
The stability of the air supply for the pneumatic clutch in a coal mill is crucial to the equipment's operating efficiency,reliability,and maintenance cost.To address issues such as unstable air compressor supply and excessive moisture content,several measures were implemented to modify the clutch's air supply system.These included connecting to the instrument air pipe network,installing buffer tank,parallel multiple coal mill air supplies,using instrument air spherical tanks for air supply,and optimizing the delivery system.After the modification,the air supply became stable,equipment operation was smooth,and annual electricity costs were reduced by approximately 60,000 yuan.
