增加风机回水闪蒸罐优化纸机供汽系统

Optimization of Paper Machine’s Steam Supply System by Installing the Flash Evaporation Tank for Fan Return Water

摘要 以某造纸企业瓦楞纸纸机供汽系统改造为例,提出通过增加风机回水闪蒸罐(以下简称6号罐)优化供汽系统的技术方案。通过增加6号罐回收风机回水,降低4号罐回水压差并供给1号、8号烘缸使用,显著降低烘缸负荷及能耗。2023年2月改造后,一组烘缸负荷平均值降至21%,二组烘缸负荷平均值降至29%,分别实现每小时节电13k W·h和30k W·h。按2022年全年开机率96.99%计算,每月节约电能30028k W·h,节约电费约19789元。该方案不仅提升了能源利用效率,还为企业实现节能减排目标提供了切实可行的路径。 Taking the steam supply system of a paper machine of a papermaking enterprise as an example,this paper proposes an optimized scheme for the steam supply by installing a flash evaporation tank for fan return water(hereinafter referred to as Tank No.6).By installing Tank No.6 to recover the return water,reducing the back pressure of the return water of Tank No.4 and supplying it for the use of No.1 and No.8 dryers,the load and consumption of the dryers were significantly reduced.After the renovation in February 2023,the average load of one set of drying cylinders dropped to 21%,and the average load of the two sets of drying cylinders dropped to 29%,achieving power savings of 13 kW·h and 30 kW·h per hour,respectively.Based on an annual operating rate of 96.99%in 2022,this would save 30,028 kW·h of electricity per month,resulting in a saving of approximately 19,789 yuan in electricity costs.This solution not only improves energy efficiency but also provides a practical and feasible path for enterprises to achieve their energy conservation and emission reduction goals.
