摘要
燃气电厂的安全高效运行依赖于天然气调压站的稳定可靠运行,而调压站内的紧急关断阀(ESD阀)是保障机组及供气管网安全的最后屏障。ESD阀普遍采用气动执行机构驱动,其控制回路设计的合理性直接决定了阀门在正常工况下的稳定保持能力,以及在紧急状态下的精确响应能力。本文剖析控制回路现存的问题,并探讨优化改造措施,以期提升燃气调压站安全水平,确保电厂连续稳定运行。
The safe and efficient operation of gas-fired power plants relies on the stable and reliable operation of natural gas pressure regulating stations.The emergency shut-off valve(ESD valve)in the pressure regulating station is the last line of defense to ensure the safety of the unit and the gas supply network.ESD valves are generally driven by pneumatic actuators.The rationality of the control loop design directly determines the stable maintenance ability of the valve under normal working conditions and the precise response ability in emergency situations.This paper deeply analyzes the existing problems of the control loop and discusses the optimization and transformation measures,with the aim of enhancing the intrinsic safety level of the gas pressure regulating station and ensuring the continuous and stable operation of the power plant.
