天然产物通过调控自噬和铁死亡改善阿尔茨海默病的研究进展

Research progress on natural products in ameliorating Alzheimer's disease via modulation of autophagy and ferroptosis

摘要 阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer's disease,AD)是一种常见的中枢神经退行性疾病,多发于老年期,具有隐匿起病、进行性发展的特征,以认知功能损伤和记忆障碍为主要表现,影响患者的生活质量。近年来,随着对天然产物和阿尔茨海默病的不断深入研究,天然产物以其多靶点、多途径等优点,在通过调控自噬和铁死亡防治AD方面展现出巨大潜力。文章概述了自噬和铁死亡可能的发生机制,探讨自噬和铁死亡与AD之间的关系,同时总结近十年通过调节自噬和铁死亡改善AD的天然产物,以期为天然产物在神经系统疾病的防治和新药开发上提供更多的理论参考。 Alzheimer's disease(AD)is a prevalent neurodegenerative disorder of the central nervous system that primarily affects the elderly population.Characterized by insidious onset and progressive deterioration,AD manifests predominantly as cognitive impairment and memory deficits,significantly compromising patients'quality of life.In recent years,growing research on natural products and AD has revealed their remarkable potential in AD prevention and treatment through modulating autophagy and ferroptosis,owing to their multi-target and multi-pathway advantages.This article outlines the potential mechanisms of autophagy and ferroptosis,discusses their relationship with AD,and summarizes natural products reported in the past decade that ameliorate AD by modulating autophagy and ferroptosis,aiming to provide theoretical references for the application of natural products in the prevention and treatment of neurological disorders as well as the development of novel therapeutics.
