摘要
阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer’s disease,AD)是一种严重危害老年人健康的进行性发展的神经退行性疾病,目前尚无有效阻止AD发生或延缓其进展的药物。文章概述AD的流行病学特征及相关危险因素,AD患病率随年龄增长显著升高、女性高于男性、农村高于城市等。AD可控的风险因素主要包括教育水平、心血管健康及社会心理等。通过加强早期筛查、控制风险因素等措施可以延缓AD的发病。
Alzheimer's disease(AD)is a progressively degenerative neurological disorder that severely threatens the health of elderly individuals,and there are currently no effective drugs to prevent its onset or slow its progression.We summarizes the epidemiological characteristics and related risk factors of AD,highlighting that its prevalence significantly increases with age,is higher in women than in men,and is more common in rural areas than in urban areas.Modifiable risk factors for AD primarily include education level,cardiovascular health,and psychosocial factors.Strengthening early screening and managing risk factors may help delay the onset of AD.
