UPLC-MS/MS法快速测定食品中非法添加的4-氯双醋酚丁及双丙酚丁

摘要 文中建立一种UPLC-MS/MS法快速测定食品中非法添加的4-氯双醋酚丁及双丙酚丁的检测方法。以甲醇为提取溶剂,经过涡旋、超声提取后,进UPLC-MS/MS测定,外标法定量。实验结果显示,4-氯双醋酚丁及双丙酚丁的检出限均为2.5μg/kg,定量限为10μg/kg,回收率为92%~110%,相对标准偏差为3.8%~8.7%。结果表明该方法的灵敏度、准确度及精密度均满足国家标准对非法添加物的检测要求,实验方法操作简单、快速准确、数据可靠,适用于对食品中非法添加的4-氯双醋酚丁及双丙酚丁的测定。 A method was developed for rapid determination of 4-chloro oxyphenisatin acetate and oxyphenisatin dipropionate illegally a dulterated in food using ultra-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS).The sample was extracted with methanol via vortex mixing and ultrasonication,then analyzed by UPLC-MS/MS and quantified using the external standard method.The limits of detection(LODs)and quantitation(LOQs)for both compounds were 2.5μg/kgand 10μg/kg,respectively.The recoveries ranged from 92%~110%,with relative standard deviations(RSDs)between 3.8%~8.7%.These results demonstrate that the sensitivity,accuracy,and precision of this method meet the requirements of national standards for the detection of illegal additives.The proposed method is simple,rapid and accurate,and reliable,making it suitable for the detection of 4-chloro oxyphenisatin acetate and oxyphenisatin dipropionate illegally adulterated in food.
