基于状态模拟的丙烯精馏塔能耗建模研究

摘要 以丙烯精馏塔实际工况数据为基础进行能耗建模研究,建立PRO/Ⅱ状态模拟模型对丙烯塔进行工艺模拟,对丙烯塔的操作压力、进料温度、回流量进行单项操作参数和组合操作参数的灵敏度分析,找到影响丙烯塔的产量、装置冷热负荷能耗的关键操作参数。采用多元回归分析法对提取后的丙烯塔灵敏度数据进行能耗建模,建立丙烯产量与能耗的多目标优化模型,对辨识后的能耗模型经回归方程显著性检验。计算结果显示各组丙烯塔能耗模型的相关系数均达到0.91以上,因此可以说明基于状态模拟数据分析法结合多元回归分析法所建立的丙烯精馏塔能耗模型是准确的、可靠的,并为丙烯塔的多目标节能优化奠定新的理论基础。 This paper conducts an energy consumption modeling study based on actual operating condition data from a propylene distillation column.A PRO/Ⅱ state simulation model was developed to simulate the process of the propylene column.Sensitivity analyses were performed on the operational pressure,feed temperature,and reflux ratio,considering both individual operational parameters and combinations of operational parameters,to identify the key operational factors affecting the yield and energy consumption of the cooling and heating loads of the column.A multiple regression analysis method was applied to model the energy consumption based on the extracted sensitivity data from the propylene distillation column.A multi-objective optimization model for propylene yield and energy consumption was established,where the identified energy consumption model undergoes significance testing for the regression equations.The results indicate that the correlation coefficients for all groups of energy consumption models for the Propylene distillation column exceed 0.91.Therefore,it can be concluded that the energy consumption model for the propylene distillation column,established through state simulation data analysis combined with multiple regression analysis,is accurate and reliable,providing a new theoretical foundation for the multi-objective energy-saving optimization of the propylene distillation column.
