摘要
将正交试验和回归分析法相结合,并利用MATLAB软件中的回归工具箱编程,建立了振动力场作用下热塑性材料PP在塑化挤出时挤出压力与振动强度二因子振幅、频率间关系的数学模型,经理论分析和实验证明,该模型是合理有效的。
Orthogonal experiment and regress analyses methods were combined to make programme by use of MATLAB regress toolboxes.When thermoplastic material PP was extruded with the periodic mechanical vibration force field,the relational math model between extruding stress and frequency and swing was established.The model was proved to be right by theoretic analyses and experiments.
