摘要
以实际碳酸二甲酯工业生产装置为对象,建立反应精馏过程非平衡级混合池模型,对酯交换法合成中的反应精馏塔进行模拟计算和操作分析,并在此基础上以反应转化率为目标,对反应精馏塔的操作条件进行优化,其模拟结果与实测值吻合良好.单纯形法优化计算得到的最优操作条件为:进料摩尔比9.864 6,回流比14.879 6,塔顶采出量27.236 8 mol/s,甲醇进料位置为第93块板,PC转化率高达81%.模拟优化结果对反应精馏塔的生产具有重要的指导意义.
A set of factual dimethyl carbonate industry production equipments as study object, The non- equilibrium stage's mixing-pool model of reactive distillation process is established for simulating and analyzing the process that dimethyl carbonate synthesized by transesterification in reactive distillation column, and optimizing the operation conditions of reactive distillation tower through taking reactive conversion rate as the target function on the basis of simulation. The results of the simulation fit in well with the plant data, the superior operations calculated by simplex method were obtained in order to increase conversion rate. The results of simulation and optimization can be helpful guide greatly for reactive distillation tower's production.
