摘要
在京津冀协同深化期,承德兼具“生态支撑区、文化旅游区”双重使命。本文基于2015—2024年面板数据与区域比较进行定量分析,系统评估承德文旅产业“资源富集—设施领先—企业偏弱—协同不足”的结构性特征,提出“IP场景化—集群化—一体化”路径,以六大文化名片嵌入京津冀流量通道,延伸产业链、共建营销平台、共享政策红利,打造国际生态旅游城市,为区域文旅融合提供示范样本。
During the in-depth development phase of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei(BTH)coordinated development initiative,Chengde shoulders the dual missions of being an"ecological support zone"and a"culture and tourism zone".Based on the panel data from 2015 to 2024 and quantitative analysis through regional comparison,this paper systematically evaluates the structural characteristics of Chengde's culture and tourism industry,which can be summarized as"abundant resources,leading facilities,relatively weak enterprises,and insufficient coordination".It further proposes the development path of"IP scenarization-clustering-integration".By embedding its six major cultural brands into the tourism flow channels of the BTH region,Chengde aims to extend the industrial chain,jointly build marketing platforms,and share policy dividends,thereby developing into an international eco-tourism city and providing a demonstration model for the integrated development of culture and tourism industries in the region.
