装配式大悬臂盖梁支架施工关键技术及工程应用研究

摘要 针对软弱地基条件下常规落地钢管支架工艺施工周期长、材料损耗大等问题,提出一种基于装配式桁架与桥梁桩基协同承载的支架施工工法。通过标准化桁架设计及桩顶荷载传递技术,解决了传统落地式钢管桩支架对地质条件依赖性强的问题。旨在研究装配式大悬臂盖梁支架的施工技术,以提高悬臂盖梁的施工效率和安全性,为工程实践提供有关大悬臂盖梁支架的最佳实践和技术参考。 In response to the problems of long construction period and high material consumption of the conventional ground-supported steel pipe scaffolding under weak foundation conditions,this paper proposes a scaffolding construction method based on the collaborative bearing of prefabricated trusses and bridge pile foundations.Through standardized truss design and pile top load transfer technology,the problem of strong dependence on geological conditions of traditional ground-supported steel pipe pile scaffolding is solved.This paper aims to study the construction technology of prefabricated large cantilever cap beam scaffolding to improve the construction efficiency and safety of cantilever cap beams.By analyzing the design principles of the scaffolding,it aims to provide best practices and technical references for large cantilever cap beam scaffolding in engineering practice.
