摘要
对某薄煤层煤矿的开采过程进行分析,以保证煤矿开采过程中围岩稳定,减少巷道数量,提高采出率,从而实现安全生产。根据现场实际情况设计沿空留巷切顶卸压力学模型,结合相关设备确定该矿区内顶板围岩变形、切顶高度与角度等关键参数并设计爆破炮孔间距。然后制定详细的工艺流程,并通过理论分析和试验优化巷道支护设计。结果显示,“锚索连接+挡矸支架”工艺能够有效保障巷道掘进过程中围岩的稳定。
An analysis of the mining process in a thin coal seam coal mine is conducted to ensure stability of surrounding rock during coal mining,reduce the number of roadways,increase recovery rate,and thus achieve safe production.Based on actual field conditions,a gob-side entry retaining and roof cutting stress relief mechanical model is designed.Key parameters such as deformation of the roof surrounding rock,cutting height and angle within the mining area are determined in conjunction with relevant equipment,and the spacing of blasting holes is designed.Subsequently,a detailed process flow is formulated,and the roadway support design is optimized through theoretical analysis and experiments.The results show that the process of"anchor cable connection+gangue retaining support"can effectively ensure the stability of surrounding rock during roadway excavation.
