构网型储能技术与工程应用研究

Research on Grid-Connected Energy Storage Technology and Engineering Applications

摘要 高比例新能源电力系统面临惯量缺失、宽频振荡及电压失稳等挑战,为此,聚焦于构网型储能装备的技术突破与工程应用。首先,提出并实现构网型光储协同控制算法,使光伏逆变器与储能变流器具备联合自主构建电网电压与频率的能力;其次,开发“虚拟阻抗+分布式同步控制”技术,显著提升多机并联稳定性,短路比(short-circuit ratio,SCR)适应范围拓展至1.0;最后,构建涵盖电芯、电池包、电池簇、系统及电网层级的五维安全防护体系。结果表明,该技术路线使新能源消纳能力提升15%~20%,惯量响应时间从0.5 s提升至3 s,系统惯量支撑能力提高5倍以上,宽频振荡抑制率达85%,并实现了热失控工况下“不起火、不扩散、不爆炸”,创新性地集成了光储协同构网控制、极弱电网适应(SCR=1.0)的多机并联技术以及五层级本质安全架构,为高比例新能源电力系统提供了有效的稳定性解决方案。 high-proportion new energy power systems face challenges including inertia deficiency,wide-band oscillation,and voltage instability.To address these,the research focuses on technological breakthroughs and engineering applications of grid-connected energy storage.It proposes and implements a grid-forming PV-storage coordination control algorithm,enabling PV inverters and storage converters to jointly establish grid voltage and frequency autonomously.It develops“Virtual impedance+Distributed synchronization control”technology to enhance multi-unit parallel stability,expanding the short-circuit ratio(SCR)adaptation range to 1.0.It constructs a five-dimensional security protection system spanning cell,pack,cluster,system,and grid levels.Empirical results demonstrate that this approach increases renewable energy accommodation by 15%~20%,enhances system inertia support capability by over 5 times(inertia response time improved from 0.5 s to 3 s),achieves 85%wide-band oscillation suppression,and ensures“no fire,no propagation,no explosion”during thermal runaway.The research innovatively integrates coordinated PV-storage grid-forming control,multi-unit parallel technology for extremely weak grids(SCR=1.0),and a five-level intrinsic safety architecture.It provides an effective stability solution for high-proportion new energy power systems.
