摘要
评估长江经济带的绿色物流发展韧性水平及其空间关联结构特征,是提升区域绿色物流韧性和促进可持续发展的重要路径。基于DPSIR模型构建绿色物流发展韧性评价指标体系,采用变异系数法测度2013-2023年长江经济带11个省域的绿色物流发展韧性水平,借助修正的引力模型和社会网络分析方法,可以科学分析绿色物流发展韧性空间关联结构特征。结果表明,长江经济带绿色物流发展韧性微升,韧性空间上呈现下游>中游>上游的分布特征;空间网络结构复杂,密度下降、关联波动显著,效率与等级稳定但结构需优化;长江下游省域占据核心,发挥“中心行动者”的中介桥梁作用。因此,有效增强长江经济带绿色物流发展韧性,沿线各省市立足地方特色,共建覆盖上中下游的绿色物流资源共享平台,对于推动区域经济和物流业的协同可持续发展具有重要的实践意义。
This study is to assess the level of green logistics development resilience and its spatial correlation structure characteristics in the Yangtze River Economic Belt,and to enhance regional green logistics resilience and promote sustainable development.Based on the DPSIR model,an evaluation index system for green logistics development resilience was constructed.The coefficient of variation method was used to measure the level of green logistics development resilience in 11 provincial regions of the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2013 to 2023.The modified gravity model and social network analysis method were employed to examine the spatial correlation structure characteristics of green logistics development resilience.The results show that the green logistics development resilience of the Yangtze River Economic Belt has slightly increased,and the spatial distribution shows the feature of downstream>midstream>upstream.The spatial network structure is complex,with a decrease in density and significant fluctuations in correlation.Efficiency and hierarchy are stable but the structure needs to be optimized.The downstream provinces of the Yangtze River occupy a core position and play the role of"central actor"as a bridge.Therefore,effectively enhancing the green logistics development resilience of the Yangtze River Economic Belt,and jointly building a green logistics resource sharing platform covering the upper,middle and lower reaches by each provincial and municipal government along the line based on local characteristics,is of great practical significance for promoting the coordinated and sustainable development of the regional economy and logistics industry.
