摘要
厘清社会空间与社区居民行为的内在机制对老旧社区更新起着重要作用。本文基于社会网络分析方法,以福州马厂社区为例,通过点线关系下的多元数据采集,构建社会空间和居民行为双网络结构模型,并对子网络进行匹配度分析;同时,以提升双网络匹配度为导向,提出老旧社区微更新策略。
Clarifying the intrinsic mechanisms between social space and residents'behaviour plays a significant role in the renewal of old communities.This paper,based on social network analysis methods and taking the Machang Community in Fuzhou as a case study,collects multifaceted data under point-line relationships;constructs a dual network structure model of social space and residents'behaviour,and conducts a matching-degree analysis of the sub-networks;at the same time,it proposes micro-renewal strategies for old communities,oriented towards enhancing the matching degree of the dual networks.
