摘要
文章分析了产教融合模式对职业本科院校人才培养的重要性,从机制体制、企业参与教学、师资力量、产业需求、评估监督等方面分析职业本科院校开展产教融合人才培养面临的困境。基于职业本科院校人才培养的经验、文献查阅及专家建议,分别从创新校企合作机制、提高企业积极性、校企联合开发金课程、开发金专业、提升双师水平、完善实践教学体系、建立评价机制等方面,探索职业本科院校优化产教融合的路径,旨在将产教融合有效融入职业本科院校人才培养过程,切实提高职业本科院校人才培养质量。
This article analyzes the significance of the industry-education integration model for talent cultivation in vocational undergraduate colleges,and the predicaments faced by vocational undergraduate colleges in carrying out industry-education integration talent cultivation from aspects such as mechanism and system,enterprise participation in teaching,teaching staff strength,industrial demand,and evaluation and supervision.Based on the experience of talent cultivation in vocational undergraduate colleges,literature review and expert suggestions,this paper explores the paths for optimizing the integration of industry and education in vocational undergraduate colleges from aspects such as innovating the school-enterprise cooperation mechanism,enhancing the enthusiasm of enterprises,jointly developing golden courses and golden majors by schools and enterprises,improving the level of dual-qualified teachers,perfecting the practical teaching system,and establishing an evaluation mechanism.The aim is to effectively integrate industry and education into the talent cultivation process of vocational undergraduate colleges and truly improve the quality of talent cultivation in vocational undergraduate colleges.
