摘要
本文系统探讨皮革企业管理中供应链协同与成本控制的联动机制。针对皮革行业原料天然差异大、生产工艺复杂、环保要求严苛等特性,分析二者联动的内在必要性,揭示信息不对称、利益分配不均等现实难点,并提出通过构建信息共享平台、完善利益分配机制等路径实现有效协同。研究表明,供应链协同能显著提升皮革企业对市场波动的响应速度,降低由原料浪费、库存积压导致的隐性成本,同时通过绿色技术合作促进产业可持续发展。
This study systematically explores the synergistic mechanisms between supply chain collaboration and cost control in leather enterprise management.Given the leather industry’s inherent characteristics—including significant natural variations in raw materials,complex production processes,and stringent environmental requirements—the research analyzes the intrinsic necessity of such synergies.It identifies practical challenges such as information asymmetry and uneven benefit distribution,proposing solutions like establishing information-sharing platforms and refining benefit-sharing mechanisms to achieve effective coordination.The findings demonstrate that supply chain collaboration can significantly enhance leather enterprises’responsiveness to market fluctuations,reduce hidden costs caused by raw material waste and inventory overstocking,while simultaneously promoting sustainable industrial development through collaborative green technology initiatives.
