摘要
随着全球对环境保护和可持续发展的关注度不断提升,皮革企业面临着转型升级的迫切需求。绿色管理与可持续发展对皮革企业具有重要意义,不仅关乎企业的社会责任履行,更影响其长期的市场竞争力和生存发展。本文分析了绿色管理与可持续发展对皮革企业的意义,阐述了皮革企业绿色管理绩效评价的内涵与实施方法,并针对皮革企业可持续发展路径提出优化策略,旨在为皮革企业实现绿色发展、提升综合竞争力提供理论与实践指导。
With increasing global ttention on environmental protection and sustainable development,leather enterprises are facing an urgent need for transformation and upgrading.Green management and sustainable developmenthold significant importance for leather enterprises,not only concerning the fulfllment of corporate social responsibilities but also impacting their long-term market competitiveness and survival.This paper conducted an in-depth analysis of the significance of green management and sustainable development for leather enterprises,elaborated on the connotation and implementation methods of green management performance evaluation,and proposed optimization strategies for sustainable development paths.The aim is to provide theoretical and practical guidance for leather enterprisesto achieve green development and enhance their comprehensive competitiveness.
