摘要
目的 探讨达格列净对2型糖尿病患者糖脂代谢、胰岛功能的影响。方法 方便选取2023年1—12月如皋市中医院诊治的120例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方案的差异分为两组。对照组(n=60)单用二甲双胍治疗,观察组(n=60)联用达格列净治疗。比较两组血糖、血脂指标及胰岛功能。结果 治疗后,观察组空腹与餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、总胆固醇、甘油三酯水平均低于对照组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,观察组胰岛素抵抗指数、胰岛β细胞功能指数优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 对2型糖尿病予达格列净干预可改善患者的血糖、血脂代谢以及胰岛功能。
Objective To investigate the effect of dapagliflozin on glucose and lipid metabolism and islet function in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 120 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus diagnosed and treated in Rugao Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2023 were conveniently selected as the research objects.According to the difference of treatment plan,they were divided into two groups.The control group(n=60)was treated with metformin alone,and the observation group(n=60)was treated with dapagliflozin.The blood glucose,blood lipid indexes and the insulin function were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of fasting plasma glucose and 2-hour postprandial plasma glucose,glycated hemoglobin A1c,total cholesterol and triglyceride in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the insulin resistance index and islet β-cell function index of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion Dapagliflozin intervention can improve blood glucose,blood lipid metabolism and islet function in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
