摘要
目的对肥胖型2型糖尿病患者开展穴位埋线联合5+2间歇性禁食疗法,评价联合治疗对患者糖代谢以及胰岛素抵抗指数的影响。方法于2024年6月—2025年5月宁夏中西医结合医院收治的肥胖型2型糖尿病患者中方便选择100例,根据不同治疗方法分为两组,对照组(50例)给予二甲双胍治疗,观察组(50例)则在对照组基础上开展穴位埋线联合5+2间歇性禁食疗法治疗。分析两组患者血糖水平、血脂水平、胰岛功能、体重指数和腰围腹部脂肪变化。结果治疗后,观察组血糖(空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖)水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组血脂(总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇)水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组胰岛功能(胰岛β细胞功能指数、胰岛素抵抗指数)均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组体重指数、腰围、腹壁脂肪厚度、腹内脂肪厚度均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论对肥胖型2型糖尿病患者开展穴位埋线联合5+2间歇性禁食疗法治疗,可促使患者血糖得到更加有效的管理,并促进胰岛功能恢复,调节患者血脂,有助于患者恢复。
Objective The effect of acupoint catgut embedding combined with 5+2 intermittent fasting therapy on glucose metabolism and insulin resistance index in obese patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus was evaluated.Methods From June 2024 to May 2025,100 obese patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to Ningxia Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine were conveniently selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,the control group(50 cases)was treated with metformin,while the observation group(50 cases)was treated with acupoint catgut embedding combined with 5+2 intermittent fasting therapy on the basis of the control group.The changes of blood glucose level,blood lipid level,islet function level,body mass index,waist circumference abdominal fat in the two groups were analyzed.Results After treatment,the levels of blood glucose(fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The levels of blood lipids(total cholesterol,triglyceride,low density lipoprotein cholesterol)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The islet function(islet β cell function index,insulin resistance index)in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The body mass index,waist circumference,abdominal fat thickness and intra-abdominal fat thickness in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically sig-nificant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint catgut embedding combined with 5+2 intermittent fasting therapy for obese patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus can promote more effective management of blood glucose,promote the re-covery of islet function,regulate blood lipids,and help patients recover.
