摘要
目的分析肥胖2型糖尿病患者接受穴位埋线治疗对体质量管理及血糖控制效果的影响。方法选取2020年6月—2022年10月于泰安市中医医院接受诊治的肥胖2型糖尿病患者100例为研究对象,根据患者个人治疗意愿分为对照组(50例,行常规治疗),观察组(50例,在对照组基础上给予穴位埋线治疗)。比较两组患者治疗前后的体质量指标、血糖指标、血脂指标。结果治疗后,两组血糖以及血脂指标均有明显下降,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组体质量指标均下降,且观察组BMI、腰围、臀围明显均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肥胖2型糖尿病患者接受穴位埋线治疗可以有效调节患者的血脂水平,有利于改善患者的内分泌功能以及提高血糖控制效果,因此对患者体质量的控制效果较为理想,对患者预后发展有良性影响。
Objective To analyze the effect of obese type 2 diabetic patients receiving acupuncture point burial treatment on weight management and blood glucose control effect.Methods 100 obese patients with type 2 diabetes who were diagnosed and treated in Tai'an Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from June 2020 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the patients'personal treatment willingness,they were divided into the control group(50 cases,routine treatment)and the observation group(50 cases,acupoint catgut embedding treatment on the basis of the control group).Compared the body mass indicators,blood glucose indicators,and blood lipid indicators of two groups of patients before and after treatment.Results After treatment,blood glucose and lipid indicators in both groups decreased significantly,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the body mass indicators of both groups decreased,and the BMI,waist circumference,and hip circumference of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Obese type 2 diabetic patients receiving acupuncture point burial treatment can effectively regulate the patients'blood lipid levels,which is conducive to improving the patients'endocrine function as well as improving the effect of blood glucose control,and therefore the effect of controlling the patients'body weight is also more satisfactory and has a benign effect on the patients'prognosis development.
