摘要
置身智能革命高速兴起的新时代,助推数字服务贸易二元边际扩展逐渐成为激发全球经济增长新动能的引领力量。本文基于2011—2023年879家上市数字服务贸易企业面板数据,实证研究发现:大数据战略可驱动数字服务贸易二元边际扩展,其对数字服务贸易集约边际、东部地区数字服务贸易二元边际的推动作用更强,要素市场化配置、全球价值链位势攀升在二者关系中发挥中介作用;知识产权治理可正向调节大数据战略与数字服务贸易二元边际的关系。因此,提出深化大数据综合试验区体制改革、扎实推动创新驱动发展战略实践、驱动知识产权治理系统重塑的建议,为深度参与全球产业分工和合作提供新思路。
In the new era of the rapid rise of the intelligent revolution,promoting the dual margin expansion of digital service trade has gradually become a leading force in stimulating new growth momentum for the global economy.Based on the panel data of 879 listed digital service trade enterprises from 2011 to 2023,this paper empirically finds that the big data strategy can drive the dual margin expansion of digital service trade;its promoting effect on the intensive margin of digital service trade and the dual margin of digital service trade in the eastern region is stronger;the market-oriented allocation of factors and the rise in the position of the global value chain play a mediating role in the relationship between them;intellectual property governance can positively regulate the dual marginal relationship between big data strategy and digital service trade.Therefore,it is suggested to deepen the institutional reform of the big data comprehensive pilot zone,solidly promote the practice of the innovation-driven development strategy,and drive the reshaping of the intellectual property governance system,providing new ideas for in-depth participation in global industrial division of labor and cooperation.
