摘要
商标审查与标准化的结合是推动知识产权治理现代化的重要方向。本文通过分析我国商标审查机制与标准化建设的现状,结合国际经验与行业实践,探讨二者协同发展的路径,提出标准化在审查质量提升、效率优化、技术创新中的应用策略,并针对现存挑战提出对策,以期为我国商标审查体系的高质量发展提供理论支持。
The integration of trademark examination and standardization is an important direction for promoting the modernization of intellectual property governance.This paper analyzes the current situation of trademark examination mechanisms and standardization construction in China,and combines international experience and industry practice,to explore the path for the coordinated development of the two.It proposes application strategies for standardization in the improvement of examination quality,optimization of efficiency,and technological innovation,and puts forward countermeasures for existing challenges,to provide theoretical support for the high-quality development of China’s trademark examination system.
