摘要
医院建筑设备系统运行时间长、能耗较高,基于某医院建筑设计项目案例,分别选取江苏省内寒冷地区和夏热冬冷地区的典型城市气象参数,以符合《建筑节能与可再生能源利用通用规范》(GB 55015—2021)的围护结构热工性能及室内设定参数的建筑能耗,对江苏地区医院建筑设计节能潜力进行分析。提出医院建筑设计节能提升措施技术路径,通过将寒冷地区冷水机组制冷性能系数COP提高至与夏热冬冷地区相同、提高锅炉热效率、降低空调水系统最不利环路计算比摩阻、降低照明系统功率密度、采用设置屋顶光伏系统等可再生能源进行优化,计算结果表明:江苏地区医院建筑平均本体节能率为73.69%,平均综合节能率为74.77%。
The hospital building’s equipment system has a long running time and high energy consumption.Based on the case of a design hospital building project,the typical urban meteorological parameters of cold areas and hot summer and cold winter areas in Jiangsu Province were selected to meet the General Code for Building Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy Utilization(GB 55015—2021).The thermal performance of the envelope structure and the building energy consumption of the indoor setting parameters were analyzed to determine the energy-saving potential of hospital building design in Jiangsu Province.The technical path of energy-saving improvement measures for hospital building design is proposed.By increasing the coefficient of performance(COP)of chillers in cold regions to the same as that in hot summer and cold winter regions,improving the thermal efficiency of boilers,reducing the specific friction resistance of the most unfavorable loop calculation of air conditioning water system,reducing the power density of lighting system and adopting renewable energy sources such as roof photovoltaic system,the calculation results show that the average energy saving rate of hospital buildings is 73.69%,and the average comprehensive energy saving rate is 74.77%in Jiangsu.
