摘要
阐述了多指标综合评价方法的定义，并根据权重确定方法的不同，进一步将其划分为主观赋权法和客观赋权法两类评价方法．文章讨论了两类不同的评价方法的各自特点，并重点论述了客观赋权法中的主成分分析法的优点及原理，归纳整理出了主成分分析法的计算步骤．在文章的最后，以天津市的人口发展状况为基础数据，给出了计算实例．
This paper expounds the definition of the comprehensive evaluation method for many indexes. According to the different weight defining methods, it can be divided into two kinds of evaluating methods: Subjective weight defining method and Objective weight defining method. The paper expounds the feature of the two kind of method, especially the virtue,principles and calculating stages of the primary component analysis within the Objective weight defining method. At the last of the paper, an example based on the population stage of TianJin city is given.
