350 MW超临界循环流化床锅炉分离器优化研究 被引量:1

摘要 为提高CFB锅炉在低负荷运行下的燃烧效率,对某电厂350 MW超临界CFB锅炉旋风分离器进行改造。结果表明,通过缩小中心筒直径,增加插入深度,分离器效率可以提高1.49%,促进炉内物料循环;改造后,床温明显降低,在1116 t/h主汽流量工况下,床温较改造前降低26.3℃;各负荷下稀相区差压均提高,最大提升0.52 kPa;飞灰和炉渣可燃物含量分别降低约0.5%和1.5%,有效减少不完全燃烧热损失,提高锅炉热效率。该研究表明旋风分离器改造是改善CFB锅炉低负荷运行性能的有效措施,对提高CFB锅炉的灵活性和经济性具有重要意义。 In order to improve the combustion efficiency of CFB boilers under low-load operation,the cyclone separator of a 350 MW supercritical CFB boiler in a certain power plant is renovated.The results show that by reducing the diameter of the central cylinder and increasing the insertion depth,the efficiency of the separator can be improved by 1.49%,enhancing the circulation of materials in the furnace.After the transformation,the bed temperature decreased significantly.Under the main steam flow condition of 1116 t/h,the bed temperature decreased by 26.3℃compared with that before the transformation.The differential pressure in the dilute phase region increased under each load,with a maximum increase of 0.52 kPa.The combustible content of fly ash and slag is reduced by approximately 0.5%and 1.5%respectively,effectively reducing the heat loss from incomplete combustion and improving the thermal efficiency of the boiler.This study indicates that the cyclone separator retrofit is an effective measure to improve the low-load operation performance of CFB boilers,which is of great significance for enhancing the flexibility and economy of CFB boilers.
