摘要
为促进特殊教育教师专业化发展,运用问卷调查法对河北省特殊教育学校教师的教学胜任力进行调查。结果显示,河北省特教学校教师教学胜任力水平较高;特殊教育教师的教学胜任力在年龄、特殊教育工作教龄、学历、专业背景、学术头衔、是否担任班主任方面存在显著差异;在性别、职称、聘用形式、教授主要学科方面不存在显著差异。基于此,为提升河北省特殊教育学校教师教学胜任力、改善教学质量,建议从内涵建设与外部保障两个层面双管齐下:在内涵层面,构建分类修补的专业知识体系、设计梯度化教学能力提升路径、搭建双维驱动的人格特质培养体系、打造场景赋能的人际交往能力训练模式、建立多元协同的职业态度引导机制;在外部层面,优化职称评审机制、完善考核与班主任赋能制度、创新多元激励与物质支撑机制。
To promote the professional development of special education teachers,a questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the teaching competence of teachers in special education schools in Hebei Province.The results show that the teaching competence of special education teachers in Hebei Province is relatively high.There are significant differences in teaching competence among special education teachers in terms of age,years of teaching experience in special education,educational background,professional background,academic titles,and whether they serve as class teachers.However,there are no significant differences in terms of gender,professional title,employment form,and main subjects taught.Based on this,to enhance the teaching competence of teachers in special education schools in Hebei Province and improve teaching quality,it is suggested to take a dual approach of internal construction and external support:at the internal level,build a classified and remedial professional knowledge system,design a gradient teaching ability improvement path,establish a two-dimensional driving personality trait cultivation system,create a scenario-empowered interpersonal communication ability training model,and establish a multi-coordinated professional attitude guidance mechanism;at the external level,optimize the professional title evaluation mechanism,improve the assessment and class teacher empowerment system,and innovate a multi-dimensional incentive and material support mechanism.
